i dont think they hire people by their looks

are you black or asain or mexi

cause they got sued for never hiring minorities for main jobs
Reply:if they based their job opportunities on whether the applicants are ugly or not, they wouldn't have many people working there, would they?

if ugly means caked in makeup with fake tans and fried hair, then yes, they do, because in the company book, their employees have to look a certain way. my friend worked there and she showed me the employee guidebook, which is how I know.
Reply:they definitely hire on looks so i think youre good cos they wouldnt want the pretties to have to be anywhere near anything unsightly
Reply:they don't think you have potential to be a model. . they hire people at abercrombie who they could at any point of time go up to them %26amp; say your a model. . need the look. pretty sad if you ask me.
Reply:While abercrombie does require that you have a particular look , they do not base whether you become a model or an impact member on your look. They give you the job based on what they need employees for.

I would not be upset on being an impact member anyway. I've working at Abercombie for about a year now, and I've been both a model and impact member. And I've always preferred being impact. You don't have to deal with rude customers. Just talk to your manager if you really want to be a model and they should be able to change it for you.
