Grade 7 dress?

For grade 7 grad, I really want a nice dress. The thing is, it can't be expensive at all. My mom's budget is like 40 bucks. Yes, I know, so cheap. Anyways, I want a nice dress, a bit summery for the tropical theme we're having, and not too expensive. Anybody have some stores they know of?

Reply:Khols alway has sales on cute dresses. I got my graduatin dress for high school their this wee. Even check the adult section. Forever 21 is great to. My friend also bought her prom dress there for 16. I'm frugal so I would go to a consignment shop or Salvation Army too.
