Are there any relatively big markets in the fashion promotions business besides NY or CA?
Of course. Think internationally. ;)
Tokyo, London, and Paris are of course huge markets. Shanghai is an emerging market for innovators, and is absolutely THE place to do business in the 21st century. Including fashion. Hong Kong is of course always worth consideration as well.
