IMAGINATION
Where does christian Dior's ideas come from when making his garments?... anyone knows?
He gets them from what he sees people in Paris, Milan, Rome, London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Boston, Honolulu, San Francisco, S茫o Paulo, Seoul, Madrid, Miami, Barcelona, New Delhi, and Shanghai.

wearing around him, particularly in really hip places or the dirty slums, and he finds a way to mesh it all together and create something sophisticated. He prefers edgy cstyles which are made from nice silky material and embraved leather. He uses geometric shapes to design his clothes and emphasizes certain features on a woman's body with each article of clothing.:http://fashionation.wordpress.com/2007/0...

Also CD doesnt get them himself (he's dead ;)

Dior's designs were more voluptuous than the boxy, fabric-conserving shapes of the recent World War II styles, influenced by the rations on fabric.[1] He was a master at creating shapes and silhouettes; Dior is quoted as saying "I have designed flower women." His look employed fabrics lined predominantly with percale, boned, bustier-style bodices, hip padding, wasp-waisted corsets and petticoats that made his dresses flare out from the waist, giving his models a very curvaceous form. The hem of the skirt was very flattering on the calves and ankles, creating a beautiful silhouette.
Reply:Not to be rude...but Christian Dior died in 1957, but you make it sound like he is still alive.
