Reply:I personally think that once they are worn in they are in style, but i wouldn't get checkered, i would get a solid color, and i would also wear them in around your family a lot, and then you should wear them around school.

Reply:We old people have called them deck shoes for years (since the 60's) I have always been able to find them





In fact I had a pair of red checkered in the mid late 70's (75 or 6)
Reply:I personally am not into them, but thats just me. However some of my friends wear those kind of shoes, and they look "fit" for that "style?" lol? but anyways my point is if you can pull it off, why not? and from my point of view they are like converse, they never get old.
