Hmmm.....as soon as you're stupid enough which is what, about 14? Just call up the local mutilation shop and tell them you've reached the "stupid" level and you're ready to start the mutilation process. They'll be glad to poke holes in any part of your body or tie you up and give you 100 lashes. But you'll have to pay them to get mutilated. They don't do that for free, y'know. Hell, pay me, I can mutilate with the best of 'em.
