But are there any, anywhere else as nice as this, but cheaper? or is this a reasonable price?

You might be able to find something on a cosplay website





If none of these work for you, even though you can't sew doesn't mean any of your friends can't. You could try asking some of your friends if they know how to sew you a hat.
