Make and sell leggings. First, I'd go online and check out the latest styles of leggings. Advertise them in your local newspaper. Hopefully, they will get more and more popular, and become the 'it' thing of L.A.

Los Angeles has many designer showrooms many of which specialize in fabrics. Often you have to be a designer to buy at these places though. I would try a material store there are many of them. One used to be on Beverly Boulevard near fairfax of la Brea. The entertainment industry needs lots of fabric for costumes. To begin selling try the Fairfax High Flea Market. I believe it is on Sundays. Also the Rose Bowl Flea Market. God luck
