I honestly, dont see the point in them they look tacky in my opinion, but anyways i wanted to see what other people think and why.
BTW this is a pair my cousin bought at target or whatever for like 3 $. I didnt say anything but its totally ugly.

Sometimes price has nothing to do with it, i bought a pair of steven madden shoes(flats) recently, its looks so beautiful,in picture, but when on the foot, it did not look that great, but i still use it.
